This DMCA Policy outlines how Valeraverse (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, for the website https://valeraverse.com, including all subpages, articles, images, and services (collectively, the “Site”).
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and take appropriate action, including removal of infringing material when required.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notification to our designated Copyright Agent.
Your DMCA notice must include all of the following elements to be considered valid:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the Site (e.g., the specific URL or page where the material appears).
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please send your DMCA notice to:

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, and you believe the removal was due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification.
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which the Company may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.
Send your counter-notification to the same email address: support@valeraverse.com.
After receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. We will then restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a lawsuit seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement.
3. Repeat Infringers
We have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also limit or terminate access to the Site for any user who repeatedly posts infringing material.
4. Misrepresentation and Liability
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or that material was removed due to a mistake may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
We strongly encourage you to consult with an attorney before submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notification to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
