2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, and you believe the removal was due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

5. 3. Repeat Infringers

We have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also limit or terminate access to the Site for any user who repeatedly posts infringing material.

4. Misrepresentation and Liability
